By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you understand IDA Ontario's substitution and refund policies listed below and on our website.

If you are registering people other than yourself, you acknowledge that you have informed them of IDA Ontario's substitution and refund policies, which are listed below.

1. Individual registrations must be paid via credit card.

2. Registration cancellations must be received in writing on or before February 28, 2025, less a $75 administrative fee.

3. No refund will be issued if you cancel after February 28, 2025, 11:59 PM ET.

4. If you can no longer attend the conference, substitutions may be made by transferring your registration. Refer to your confirmation email for instructions on transferring your registration to a new person. Once the transfer is complete, the new registrant will receive a confirmation email.

5. I acknowledge that IDA Ontario may be taking videos, audio and photos at the 2025 Literacy & Learning Educator Conference and Navigating Dyslexia Family Conference for internal, external, marketing and/or promotional purposes containing scenes, shots, events and/or interviews in which I may perform, participate, am portrayed, or appear recognizable and I consent to such use.

6. I acknowledge that solicitation of any kind is strictly prohibited except for registered exhibitors or sponsors. Violators may be asked to leave the conference without a refund.

7. IDA Ontario strives to create a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment conducive to learning and professional growth. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Attendees are expected to treat others with respect and courtesy. Any conduct that undermines this environment may result in removal from the conference without a refund.

8. While content of breakout sessions will be applicable for both French and English contexts, no French-specific sessions will be offered.

9. I acknowledge that not all speakers provide access to slides or handouts. When materials are available, they will be shared through the conference app after the session. I acknowledge that my access to the conference app will expire 30 days after the date of the conference.
