Pricing Deadlines
Early Bird rate ends 11:59 pm EST on October 31, 2023.
Standard Rate ends 11:59 p.m. EST on April 25, 2024
On-Site Rate is $600 and begins 12:00 am EST on April 26, 2024.

Refund Policy
All cancellations are subject to a $75 CAD cancellation fee; $25 CAD for students. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after March 31, 2024. All requests for refunds must be received by IDA Ontario in writing.
