French sessions

Please note that this year, we made the decision to host the conference exclusively in English. While we have previously offered French sessions, we are a primarily volunteer-run organization, and this year we simply do not have the volunteer capacity to manage the additional logistics of offering sessions in both languages. Please note that many of the breakout sessions will be applicable to both English and French contexts, but we will not be able to offer sessions specific to French instruction. A full french conference will be taking place in Ottawa on April 18-19, 2026. Visit https://www.congressml.ca for more information.

We understand the critical importance of supporting structured literacy in Francophone and French Immersion contexts, and continue to offer French content through ONlit in collaboration with Dyslexia Canada, and our online asynchronous course Les fondements essentiels à l’enseignement de la lecture, de l’écriture et de l’orthographe.
