We understand that financial circumstances can sometimes be a barrier to participation. If you’re interested in attending but concerned about the fee, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at conference@idaontario.com. We’re more than willing to assist and find a solution that works for you.

All prices are tax exempt. All cancellations are subject to a $25 CAD cancellation fee. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after March 31, 2025. All requests for refunds must be received by IDA Ontario in writing.

Can I attend for all 3 days including the Family and Educator conferences (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)?

Yes! Please select all both conferences when registering.

Are the meals included in the fee?

Meals will not be provided at the Family Conference.

Where can I find my receipt?

Please check your spam. Many school boards and employers block incoming emails. If you still have not received a confirmation email, please send us a message at conference@idaontario.com.

Is there a virtual option to the IDA Ontario Conferences?

This is an in-person only event. For virtual professional learning, please consider signing up for our virtual events offered through www.ONlit.org.

Do presenters share their slides or provide handouts?

If a speaker shares slide decks and handouts, these will be shared during the conference. Please note that not all speakers consent to providing handouts or slides.
