Yes. Participants will need to complete a quiz as proof of attendance before being able to access a certificate. They will receive details on how to do this after the conference.
This is an in-person only event. For virtual professional learning, please consider signing up for our live events offered through ONlit.org.
If a speaker shares slide decks and handouts, these will be shared on the app after the conference. Please note that not all speakers consent to providing handouts or slides. The app will be available for 30 days after the conference.
Please note that this year, we made the decision to host the conference exclusively in English. While we have previously offered French sessions, we are a primarily volunteer-run organization, and this year we simply do not have the volunteer capacity to manage the additional logistics of offering sessions in both languages. Please note that many of the breakout sessions will be applicable to both English and French contexts, but we will not be able to offer sessions specific to French instruction.
We understand the critical importance of supporting structured literacy in Francophone and French Immersion contexts, and continue to offer French content through ONlit in collaboration with Dyslexia Canada, and our online asynchronous course Les fondements essentiels à l’enseignement de la lecture, de l’écriture et de l’orthographe.
