C.A.P.E. Early Learning Scholarship – IDA Ontario Conferences

The Council of Associated Primary Educators (C.A.P.E.), through advocacy, resource development, research and professional learning, has informed and influenced early learning in schools across the province from the classroom up to the office of the Minister of Education since 1985.
C.A.P.E. has collaborated with curriculum organizations, pre-school learning organizations and faculties of education to bridge the gap between the pre-school early learning and the primary years learning experience in our schools.
C.A.P.E. is pleased to be able to co-sponsor the on-going work of IDA as they forge new pathways and understandings about early learning into the future.

About the Award:

IDA Ontario is pleased to offer a limited number of half-price conference scholarships to support pre-service and primary educators who may not otherwise have access to funding for professional learning.

Applicant Eligibility:

Applications are limited to Ontario residents only.

1. Be a Kindergarten to Grade 3 educator or a pre-service teacher
2. Currently working or completing placements in a publicly funded school in Ontario
3. Have barriers to attendance and do not have funding to attend this conference
4. Able to attend the full conference (both days)

Scholarship Details:

Award: 50% off conference registration
Application Deadline: January 23, 2026
Applicants will be notified by February 20, 2026
